RENTAL
AGREEMENT
1.
RENTAL
FEES:
Campsites
require
payment
to
be
made
in
full
before
the
guest
can
put
their
camper
on
the
site.
2.
DAMAGE:
We
trust
that
our
guests
are
responsible
and
we
do
not
demand
a
security
deposit,
but
in
the
case
of
damage
being
done
to
our
property
from
our
guests,
the
guest
that
is
guilty
of
the
damages
will
be
charged.
3.
RETURNED
CHECK
FEE:
There
is
a
$30.00
per
check
fee
for
all
returned
checks.
4.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
AND
REFUNDS:
We
know
that
plans
can
go
astray.
However
we
rely
primarily
on
advance
reservations,
and
cancellations
cannot
readily
be
filled.
So
to
be
fair
to
all
concerned,
our
policy
is
as
follow:
Your
credit
card
will
not
be
charged
if
we
are
given
at
least
a
14
day
notice
before
your
time
of
stay.
If
you
cancel
your
campsite
reservation
without
a
14
day
notice
you
will
be
charged
50%
of
the
total
reservation
amount.
If
we
do
not
receive
a
cancellation
notice
at
all,
and
the
guest
does
not
arrive
for
the
campsite reservation,
there
will
be
a
100%
charge
for
the
reservation
amount.
5.
CHECK-IN
AND
CHECK-OUT
TIMES:
Check
in
time
begins
at11:00
a.m.
CST.
Check
out
time
is
by
4:00
p.m.
CST.
An
additional
night
stay
will
be
charged
for
late
check
outs.
6.
UPON
DEPARTURE:
Please
ensure
that:
All
of
the
cans
and
trash
on
your
site
are
picked
up
and
placed
in
the
proper
containers.
7.
AGE:
Minimum
age
required
to
rent
a campsite
is
18
years
and
the
person
who
books
the
campsite
reservation
must
stay
at
the
campsite
for
the
entire
rental
period.
Sub-leasing
or
parents
renting
for
their
children
under
the
age
of
18
is
NOT
allowed.
8.
TRASH:
Trash
must
be
deposited
in
one
of
the
trash
containers
throughout
the
park.
Please
do
not
leave
trash
laying
loose
on
your
site
as
it
attracts
wild
animals.
9.
Amenities
are
NOT
guaranteed.
There
are
NO
REFUNDS
for
the
malfunction
of
any
equipment
including
but
not
limited
to
video
games,
paddle
boats,
swimming
pools,
ect.
Every
effort
has
been
made
to
ensure
all
equipment
is
in
working
order.
Please
report
any
inoperative
equipment
to
maintenance.
10.
No
refunds
due
to
early
departure.
This
includes
departures
due
to
inclement
weather.
All
guests
are
financially
responsible
for
the
entire
booking
once
your
reservation
has
been
made.
11.
NO
refunds
due
to
weather,
road
conditions,
change
of
plans,
or
early
departures.
During
your
visits,
stay
tuned
to
TV/Radio/Weather
stations
for
storm
warnings
or
watches.
Depending
on
the
severity
of
the
storms
and
your
location,
it
is
your
responsibility
to
take
necessary
precautions.
We
are
not
responsible
for
damages
incurred
due
to
weather
or
cost
to
evacuate
your
family
or
vehicles.
12.
PETS:
Sorry…
we
love
pets
too,
but
many
guests
do
not.
Therefore...
ALL
pets
MUST
be
leashed
at
all
times,
and
they
MUST
be
cleaned
up
after.
You
are
responsible
for
keeping
your
pet
quiet,
leashed,
and
cleaned
up
after,
if
you
are
not
following
these
rules,
or
your
pet
is
disturbing
other
guests,
you
may
be
asked
to
leave
without
a
refund.
You
are
responsible
for
your
pet,
so
if
there
is
damage
to
our
resort from
your
pet,
you
will
be
charged
for
the
cost
of
the
damages
and
repairs.
13.
Courtesy
to
Others:
WE
DO
NOT
TOLERATE
rude
behavior,
fowl
language,
or
violence.
If
we
are
notified
from
other
guests
that
you
are
breaking
these
rules,
you
WILL
be
ejected
from
our
park
without
a
refund
never
to
return.
14.
Quiet
Hour:
Quiet
hour
starts
at
11:00
p.m.
and
runs
until
6:00
a.m.
We
ask
that
you
obey
our
quiet
hours
as
we
do
have
guests
with
early
bed
times
that
would
like
to
get
some
sleep.
If
we
are
notified
that
you
are
not
obeying
our
quiet
hour,
you
will
be
warned
to
quiet
down.
If
we
have
to
come
back
to
your
site
again
because
of
noise,
you
will
be
asked
to
leave
without
a
refund.
